Where are we going for our photoshoot? Will there be a travel fee?
The location is totally up to you! It really depends on the look you are wanting for your portraits. Country, Forest, Urban, downtown?
My travel fees are:
0-30 Miles From Jonesboro No Fee
30-60 Miles from Jonesboro $25
60-90 Miles from Jonesboro $50
Here's a list a few locations that I love to use in my photo sessions:
1.) Craighead Forest Park, Jonesboro- Lake location, lots of tree lined paths and wooden bridges, absolutely beautiful in the Fall. No Travel fee.
2.) Forrest L. Wood Crowley's Ridge Nature Center, Jonesboro- Open Hill backdrop, wooden pathways, flower garden, grassy areas with lots of trees, and wooden bridges, absolutely beautiful in the Fall . No Travel Fee.
3.) Downtown Jonesboro-Downtown Jonesboro provides charming brick buildings, quaint storefronts, and stunning painted murals, creating a picturesque backdrop that is sure to enhance any photo. No Travel fee.
4.) Big Lake near Manila, AR- Lots of trees and waterfront scenery, beautiful in fall! Additional travel fee $25
5.) Adams Estate, Leachville, AR- Gorgeous grounds, waterfalls, gazebos, fountains, etc., it's at additional Location fee ($25 for 1 hour) and needs a few months advanced notice to book. Additional Travel Fee $25.
6.) Armorel Lake- Private, beautiful lake, pine trees, some parts need resident's permission.
Additional Travel fee $50.
7. Your backyard can serve as an excellent location for a photoshoot, and I have had the pleasure of capturing stunning images for many clients on their own properties, as long as there is ample shade available.
Additionally, if you happen to know someone with a gorgeous piece of land, consider asking them if it can be used for a session!
For children's sessions, we can even decorate the fence to create a "Studio backdrop" look. The resulting photos are truly special and unique, as they showcase your family in your own private paradise.
Please note that a travel fee may apply for locations outside of my usual area.
Or if you have any locations in mind, I would be happy to accommodate. If using someone else's property please get permission prior to the session.
Keep in mind that I just need lots of shade if shooting during the day. If no shade, we'd have to wait until closer to sunset for the softer light. Let me know!
